Dr. Mona El Farra, founder of the therapy program Let the Children Play and Heal in Gaza
On August 1, Dr. Mona El Farra lost nine relatives when Israeli tank shells destroyed their home in Khan Younis. Among the dead are five children, the youngest four years old. The attack left a further five family members critically wounded.
Dr. El Farra is the founder of “Let the Children Play and Heal,” a therapy project based at Afaq Jadeeda in the Nusseirat refugee camp that is supported by our Foundation. We send her our profound condolences.
